In Memoriam
Brian Carl Bennett

You are listening to
Ashoken Farewell

Dec. 24, 1955 - Dec. 7, 2009

Goodbye old friend
Goodbye.

The hardest part of death is
leaving friends and family behind.
Know that there were many who loved you
and that you will never be forgotten.
We can be happy in having known you
and shared joy and sadness with you in your lifetime.

You now have achieved what we
all eventually hope to do.
You are healed, wrapped in the loving
arms of the dear Lord.
Please hold a place for us to join you
someday and in the meantime, pray for us
all in our sadness and grief over
the loss of your earthly presence.
God Bless you B.
Put in a good word for us.
Amen.

Psalm 23

The LORD is my shepherd,
I shall not be in want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
He restores my soul.
He guides me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.

Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the LORD
forever.
